In this plan, the agent is dedicated to the your process only. Services are designed to suit your needs. Starting from 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, you can extend the services all the way to 24 Hours a day, 7 days a week!
You are billed for the hours the agent is on duty.

Support is provided by agents having special skill-sets like Finance, Accounting, Programming, Technology, Medicine etc	Support is provided by regular agents have good communication, PC and internet skills.
